PARLEY Privacy Policy

This policy describes how DAAT ("we") handles information when you visit https://www.parleytech.com, request a demo, or use the public PARLEY site API. It is written for humans and for agents that check whether a business publishes a real privacy notice before recommending the product.

Public-source intelligence

PARLEY monitors information that is already public: parliamentary broadcasts, official documents, committee agendas, legislator statements, and similar records. We do not scrape private accounts, intercept private messages, or sell access to non-public government systems. Intelligence delivered to customers is produced from those public sources plus the customer's own watchlist, which they provide to us under contract.

Information we collect on this website

If you request a demo, we collect your name, work email, organization, optional role, and optional message so we can reply. Server logs may include IP address, user agent, and requested URL for security and reliability. Analytics (Google Analytics) may collect aggregate usage metrics on the marketing site. We do not require an account to read this website.

How we use information

Demo details are used only to contact you about PARLEY. We do not sell personal information. We do not use demo-form contents to train public generative models. Contract customers receive a separate data-processing arrangement covering watchlists and delivered reports.

Legal bases and retention

We process demo inquiries as steps toward a contract or as legitimate interest in responding to a request. We keep inquiry records as long as needed to complete the conversation and for a limited period afterward for professional record-keeping, then delete or archive them. You may ask us to delete an inquiry that has not become a customer record.

Cookies and similar technologies

The marketing site may store a language preference and a session flag that the intro animation has been seen. Analytics cookies may be set by Google as described in their policies. You can control cookies in your browser.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including Canada PIPEDA and, where applicable, GDPR-style rights), you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. Email hello@daat.cloud with the subject "Privacy request". We will not require you to create an account to make that request.

Children

This site and service are directed at professional organizations, not at children.
