PARLEY Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of https://www.parleytech.com and the public PARLEY site API. They are a marketing-site notice, not a customer master service agreement. Paid PARLEY intelligence services are contracted separately with DAAT.

Who we are

PARLEY is a real-time political intelligence product of DAAT. We operate from Lima, Peru | Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. Contact: hello@daat.cloud.

What this site is for

This website explains the product, publishes documentation for agents and developers, and lets you book a 30-minute Parley Meet or file an intro request. It does not provision parliamentary alert feeds, tenant workspaces, or classified records. Production coverage starts only after a conversation and a signed customer agreement.

Acceptable use

Use the site and public API for legitimate evaluation, demo requests, and machine-readable discovery (llms.txt, OpenAPI, markdown negotiation). Do not attempt to scrape non-public systems, overload the sandbox, submit false contact details, or treat sandbox receipts as a service commitment. PARLEY covers publicly available sources only.

Demo requests and the public API

POST https://www.parleytech.com/api/v1/demo-requests accepts a JSON body and returns a structured receipt. That call does not by itself send parliamentary data or create an account. A person on the DAAT team follows up. Bookings at https://www.parleytech.com/meet are handled by Microsoft Bookings.

Intellectual property

PARLEY, StakeManager, DAAT names, logos, and site copy remain the property of DAAT and its licensors. You may quote short passages with attribution. You may not republish the site, the API payloads, or brand marks as your own product.

Privacy

Personal information submitted through this site is handled under the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer and limitation

The marketing site and public sandbox are provided as-is for informational purposes. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, DAAT is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this public website. Customer deliverables (alerts, reports, MentalPrint) are governed by the applicable service contract, not these terms.
